The applicant should have the following minimum requirements:
- Able to read and write
- Able to use google map to drive
- Educated to WAEC level evidenced by a result/certificate
- Must be living in Abuja or have a place to live in Abuja
- Have good knowledge of Abuja Road network
- Must have a valid Drivers’ License
